BASR’s multidisciplinary team welcomed a high-level delegation specialized in pediatrics, physical rehabilitation, neurology, and experimental and clinical pharmacology, from Gillette Children’s Specialty Health Care and the University of Minnesota in the United States, in order to encourage partnership with BASR.

“We seek to have more clear understanding on rehabilitation services in Palestine”, stated the Prof. of Pediatrics and Neurology at University of Minnesota, Robert L. Kriel, during the delegations’ first visit to BASR’s specialized hospital, whereby they took an orientation tour in rehabilitation and surgery departments and met BASR’s Management Team along with Heads of Departments to discuss all the possibilities for building future collaboration with BASR’s staff.

“Our purpose of making this visit is mainly to support the interrelations between our two people, on both cultural and humanitarian levels, and it’s very useful to our understanding of different aspects of the Palestinian cause”, said the Pediatric Rehabilitation Specialist and Associate Prof. at University of Minnesota, Linda Krach, during the closing meeting at BASR’s main facility.
