Physiotherapy Workshops in Clinical Applications of Orthotics and Prosthetics in daily practice PDF Print E-mail

Three workshops were conducted at Bethlehem Arab society for Rehabilitation (BASR) at its main facility in Beit Jala from 18th to 20th of January 2011. The training was hosted by Bethlehem Arab society for Rehabilitation in collaboration with other hospitals and rehabilitation centers in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Hebron districts.

The training was conducted by Professor Pierre Baudry specialized in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Montmorency College in Canada and Ms. Josee Mathieu.  Twenty people participated in each workshop; the first two workshops were intended to physiotherapists and the other two workshop were planned to update information of doctors from different hospitals in Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Hebron districts.

The project was undertaken by the Canadian Executing Agency, Montmorency College, with the financial support of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
